[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]David Segall is Vice President of Public Policy and Municipalities at RTS (Recycle Track Systems, Inc.), where he oversees the company’s drive to bring our data- and sustainability-driven solutions to public-sector clients and residents across the country. David also leads RTS’ efforts to advocate with policymakers for more robust sustainability policies. David has 15 years of experience in international and domestic political research and advocacy on social, human, and environmental rights. He has worked in the not-for-profit and corporate worlds, including for Human Rights Watch, the United Nations, and NYU’s Stern Business School’s program on Business and Human Rights / ESG. David received an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University and a BA in Public Policy and History from Duke University.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
